Data Management Systems
We ensure the collection, cleaning, and secure handling of clinical trial data to guarantee accuracy, integrity, and compliance with international standards. From study design to database lock, our team manages every step of the data lifecycle using trusted EDC systems and industry best practices. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, reliable data that supports clinical decisions, regulatory submissions, and scientific discovery.
We use the following data management platforms in our work.
Our Data Management Process
Smart, secure, and sustainable data management for research that matters.
Great research starts with great data. At CLIREN, we’ve designed a seamless Data Management Life Cycle that takes information from planning and collection all the way to analysis, sharing, and reuse. Every step is backed by strong security, reliable storage, and smart tools that make data easier to manage and more impactful. The result? Trusted insights, smoother workflows, and research outputs that continue to deliver value long after a study ends.

REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture)
REDCap is a secure, web-based application designed for building and managing online surveys and databases in clinical research. It supports the entire research workflow—from data collection and validation to reporting—while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like HIPAA and GCP. With customizable forms, user access controls, and audit trails, REDCap provides a flexible yet robust platform for capturing high-quality research data efficiently and securely.
OpenClinica
OpenClinica is a powerful, open-source electronic data capture (EDC) and clinical data management platform built for clinical trials and research studies. It provides tools for designing case report forms, capturing high-quality data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GCP. With support for electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO), randomization, and real-time monitoring, OpenClinica enables researchers to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and accelerate study timelines.
ODK (Open Data Kit)
ODK is an open-source suite of tools for mobile data collection, widely used in health, research, and field-based projects. It allows researchers and field teams to design digital forms, capture data offline, and sync securely when internet is available. With support for GPS, images, audio, and barcodes, ODK makes it easy to collect rich, accurate data in challenging environments. Its flexibility and scalability make it ideal for large-scale surveys, monitoring, and research studies.
